Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a performer, writer, and actress in the US for the past forty years. She is most famous for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Then, in 1956 she had her breakthrough on Broadway with Li'l Abner. In the year 1957, she launched her first album of music named It's time to Tina. Louise began her Hollywood career in 1958, when she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a drama film. The film was a massive success, and Louise was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. While in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her friendship with Lee Strasberg. The next role she starred in was through in 1964 when she enrolled with CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise kept juggling her career in between Broadway television and Hollywood playing more serious roles as opposed to her perception as a glamorous girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Sanctuary, although she made a mark as a successful television director with several series including Supernatural and The 100. Born in Essex Ontario, on the 27th August, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto at the age of three. Her childhood was spent in Toronto and through her teenage years. When she was chosen to play the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997 and was there ever from then on.
